Checking On Your Project's Status
- Contact us at any time about a project we doing for you. Give us your name and project ID number and we will give you a status report within 48 hours. Keep in mind that at any given time we are at various stages with different projects. We try our best to complete projects within 4-6 weeks. It takes time to not only properly arrange all of the photos and other items that go into a collage or slide show but to scan and then work to maximize the quality of every photo or slide you send us. You don't really have to do anything except wait for our email that tells you the project is done and where you can go to view your preview collage and/or slide show.
- Email us at info@PhotoCollagesAndMore.com and we will be happy to give you an update within 48 hours. However don't expect us to have your project done in a week or two. Between waiting for the phtos, doing the scanning, adjustments and restorations that many require and then actually building the collage or slide show it just takes time to do. We want you to be happy and recommend us to friends and families. We also know this is a want not a need. You have lots of other things you could be spending your hard earned money on so we want you to be a very happy customer. So we will sacrifice speed for the sake of quality any day of the week. Plan ahead. If you know of an upcoming event where you want to give that special person a photo collage, photo mural or slide show then let us know about it a couple of months in advance. That gives us plenty of time and you want be rushing around at then end wondering if your project is going to arrive in time.
