Tracking Your Order

We want you to be aware of the status of your order at all times. You're paying good money for our services and should expect no less than we would if we were in your shoes.

The first thing we do is assign a Project User ID to your project. That is the way we will reference your project whenever we communicate with you. You will get an email confirming that we have received your photos and/or slides by mail and/or Web Upload and one confirming receipt of your partial payment. When we have both we will begin your project. From that point on we will not contact you again until the project is complete or we have questions that have to be answered before we can continue working on the project.
