Uploading and Shipping FAQ

  • How do I get started?

    • First go to our Cost Estimator page. There you can see what various projects will cost. If you want to order a montage then please go first to that page to pick out the style you want use. Then send us an email telling what you want to purchase and we will compute a final price. If you want to proceed then we will bill you for half of the cost of the project via a PayPal online invoice. Keep in mind that besides the costs of a project there may be some additional charges for special services such as correcting bad/damaged photos. Once you tell us exactly what you want us to create for you we can give you a final cost.

    • You will pay the amount due via PayPal.
    • When partial payment is received you will sent instructions regarding how to upload your digital files to us. Or you can place your digital photos on a CD and send them to us. For more information about sending your project material see How To Provide Photos.

    • If you want to save time and money you will have any non-digital photos you want to include in your project(s) scanned so that you can upload them to us or place them on a CD and ship them to Photo Collages And More, 12505 Bayleaf Church Road, Raleigh, NC 27614. We suggest that you send via UPS so that your shipment can be tracked. For more details see How To Provide Photos.

  • After I send my photos and/or slides and/or other items to you what do I need to do?

    • Just sit back and wait to hear from us. We will first examine the material you send and if we have any questions we will email those to you. We will not start on your project until the initial downpayment has been received and until we have any questions about what you want us to do for you answered. Questions such as the work to be done to restore certain photos, where to place your banner text, the type of slide transitions, etc. We just want to know what you want us to do before we actually get started.

    • Once we have the questions answered then we will wait start working with your images. We will do any restoration - both minor and any major you are paying us to do. Once all photos have been scanned and/or received via CD and/or FTP we will begin to place the photos onto our digital collage or monntage canvases or we will begin to build your slide show.

    • Once we have your project(s) completed we will contact you to let you know where to go on our site to view a low resolution version of your collage or montage or a 30 second sample of your slide show. At this point in time it would be great if you could let us know if you want to add anything else to your order like extra DVDs or prints. We would rather send you everthing at once than sending it a little at a time.

  • When and how do we complete our transaction?

    • Once you have approved the project(s) we will send you a final invoice. When that invoice has been paid we will immediately ship your project(s) along with any original photos/slides/documents that you have sent to us. We will email you a UPS tracking number so you can track your project on its way to you. At this point our transaction is complete. We will keep a copy of all files we worked with on a CD just in case you ever want to order additional items. All you have to do is email us at orders@PhotoCollagesAndMore.com with your name, address and original project ID number and we will do whatever additional work you require. Keep in mind that prices may change in the future so whatever you want us to do will be at whatever rates are applicable at the time you place your new order.

    • If you are located in the Raleigh area we will be happy to take your collage and/or montage to your favorite framing
