Using Music In Your Slide Shows

  • Why do I have to buy music from iTunes?
    • We believe in being legal. If you purchase the music through us via the iTunes Music Store then you own the music that we will use in your project. We will not use it for anyone else and you will be sent our copy of the MP3 file to put into your own iTunes music file.

    • The iTunes Music Store has the widest selection and offers the easies
way to buy and download music that exists today. We believe in doing
things the easy way when at all possible.

    • Copywright law can be a murky area. We believe that if you pay for the music via Photo Collages And More we can make multiple copies of the same slide show using that music because you are using the slide shows for personal use. If we ever thought you were going to use the slide showfor a business purpose then we reserve the right to charge you for each iTunes song used in each copy of the final slide show that you purchase. This would be an additional charge above and beyond what is computed by our Cost Estimator/Order Page.

  • Can I send you an LP so that you can take music from it for a slide show?
    • Believe it or not we still own some of those acient LPs too but we just are not set up to make copies of them for our slide show projects. If you cannot find the music you want on the iTunes Music Store site and you don't have a CD to send then you need to pick some other music.

  • What if I change my mind after the slide show is finished and sent to me? Can you replace the music I no longer want with new music?
    • Yes we can but that requires you to pay a fee of $25 plus the cost of the new music from the iTunes Music Store plus new shipping and handling fees. We can do it but we suggest you make sure you know what you want to use before you ever tell us which songs to place in your slide show.
