The process of ordering collages and slide shows from Photo Collages And More is pretty straighforward but if you have questions you might want to refer to the questions and answers listed below or on the pages this page links to before contacting us.       • Assuming all photos are sent at the same time the typical project will take approximately 1-3 weeks. We can do rush jobs in less than a week but that will cost 50% more.
    • Can I send any combination of photos on CD/DVD, via the FTP service and via mail?
      • Yes but you should try to gather all photos before sending them to us so that they are not trickling in. Be sure to identify each of them by putting the project number you are assigned on the back of each sent. To save time and money why don't you take your prints to Kinkos or Wolf/Ritz Camera and use their equipment to scan your photos and then burn them to a CD. Their costs are reasonable. Or you can take your photos to most neighborhood drug stores and their photo processing departments will scan them for you. They do it for a whole lot cheaper than the $2.50 I charge to scan each photo if you send them to me in a non-digital form. Once you have burned your CDs burn an extra copy at home or work and send us the copy. That way you will always have the originanl CD for your files.
      • As far as the FTP service is concerned we use a company called You Send It. When you are ready to upload files to us we'll send you directions via E-mail.
    • Will I be able to view my collage and/or slide show before you ship it to me?
      • We will notify you when your project is finished and ready for shipment. At that point we will place a lower resolution copy of your collage and the first 30 seconds of your slide show on our
        website for you to view or we'll email those to you, depending on the size of the files.
      • Note! All finished projects may also become part of our samples pages so others can see examples of our work.
    • How can I get more than one copy of anything I order from you and can I order copies after the project is finished and I have paid for everything?
      • The best and least expensive way to order additional copies of prints and/or slide show DVDs is to order them at the same time you orde your original collage, montage and/or slide show. We keep a copy of all project files and the finished collage, montage and slide show projects just in case you decide later that you want more copies. But the cost of producing, handling and shipping is going to be greater if done later than if requested at the time your place your original order.
